Welcome to Vehicle KhataBook

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vehicle KhataBook mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by ADJ Utility Apps Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Vehicle KhataBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use Vehicle KhataBook, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Services

Vehicle KhataBook provides digital tools that help users manage vehicle-related records and business operations, including:

  • Vehicle expense tracking

  • Service and maintenance records

  • Customer management

  • Digital ledger and payment tracking

  • Reports and account summaries

  • Notification and reminder services

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities performed through your account.

  • Keeping your profile information accurate and updated.

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities.

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful software.

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Platform.

  • Use the Platform in a manner that disrupts its normal operation.

You are solely responsible for all information entered into the Platform.

5. Data and Records

Vehicle KhataBook allows users to store and manage business records.

While we take reasonable measures to maintain data availability, users are encouraged to periodically export or back up important records.

The Company shall not be liable for loss of data caused by user actions, device failures, internet interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

  • Subscription pricing may change with prior notice.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of premium features.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, trademarks, logos, content, and designs, remain the exclusive property of ADJ Utility Apps Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers, analytics services, or messaging providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Your use of Vehicle KhataBook is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • Your actions adversely affect the Platform or other users.

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Information stored on the Platform will never be lost.

  • Services will meet every individual requirement.

Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADJ Utility Apps Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.

  • Data loss caused by user actions.

  • Service interruptions beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Company during the preceding twelve (12) months.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
